Indemnity
Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety of guests and property.
No liability shall attach itself to the owners, operators or employees in respect of any loss or damage to property, or injury to, or death of any guest from any cause whatsoever and however arising, including negligence of or attributable to such owners, operators or their employees.
Conditions of stay
- Right of admission is reserved.
- No Pets allowed.

- Please don’t use candles that are unattended cancles than can cause a fire
- Kindly SWITCH OFF all LIGHTS when not in use, overnight and when leaving the premises.
- All enclosed buildings are by law smoke free zones. An ashtray will be provided to smoke outside. All damages caused by direct or indirect smoking will be charged to your account.
- We reserve the right to issue a warning to smokers violating the conditions of these smoke free zones. Should these warnings be ignored we reserve the right to ask such guests to vacate the premises without any refund.
- No loud noise will be allowed at any time. Warnings and fines will be issued by the estate. If this warning is ignored, we reserve the right to ask such guests to vacate the premises without any refund. Fines issued will be for your account.
- Persons visiting guests are requested to leave by 23h00. Any visitors still on the premises after 23h00 will be regarded as an overnight guest and will be charged at full overnight rate.
- All damages to the property, structural or contents will be charged to the guests account.
- ZERO TOLERANCE with regard to unorderly conduct, alcohol or substance abuse
- Check in time will be from 14h00 unless an alternative arrangement has been made with Management.
- Check out time is to be NO LATER than 10h00.
- A cleaning/damage fee will be charged to your account if towels or linen have stains that do not come out after washing
- Provided towels are not to be used at the pool.
- A breakage fee will be charged to your account for cups, glasses or any other item broken or missing
Cancellation policy:
Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time after booking

4. Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services (e.g., cleaning companies, maintenance teams) to facilitate your stay. These providers are obligated to protect your privacy.
5. Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. Contact us via the booking platform used or directly.
6. Policy Updates: This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our listing implies acceptance of any changes.
